Please review multiplication tables (1 - 10) and how to write out the number names (1 - one, 2- two, 10 - ten, 40 - forty, 53 - fifty-three, 189 - one hundred eighty-nine). We have also doing division and we know that division is the inverse of multiplication, just like subtraction is the inverse of addition.

We will also compare solids, liquids, and gases based on their basic properties. We will summarize changes that occur to the observable properties of materials when different degrees of heat are applied to them such as melting ice or ice cream, boiling water or freezing water.
Social Studies
We are talking about Economic Resources that we use in our communities. This includes Natural Resources, renewable and nonrenewable resources, human resources and capital resources. We talk about the goods and services that North Carolina brings to the rest of the country.
